SMS App to reduce child mortality and improve marternal health in Nigeria.

Within two years of use, the impact has been estimated to reduce the cases of child and maternal mortality up to 50% percent per year(especially those due to indirect causes). The unique side to this initiative is that
1. It is a two way channel and mothers can interact with qualified health personnel and doctors if they require to.
2. it has qualified doctors at one end that can respond to mothers if they have questions on some general and common pregnancy related issue.

The Application is SMS Based hence not Network/operating system dependent, this means everyone can benefit from it so far you are have a mobile phone. Currently there are 167 Million mobile phones in Nigeria.
